All orders from our website are delivered during regular business days. Please advise that non-metropolitan areas usually take a few extra days, and sometimes there might be delay during busy seasons ie. Christmas.

We ship to residential, commercial, and Po boxes. We may work with different despatch courier depending on what item(s) you order, to provide you the fastest and cheapest delivery solution.
In some cases, there may be additional delivery charges & we will contact with you prior to order processing. You may opt for a full refund should you not wish to proceed with your order. These cases are where:
- Your delivery location is considered as a remote location by our shipping partners, or
- The order weight is high resulting in exceedingly higher delivery costs that estimated.
Our liabilities for order delivery ends upon pick up by our couriers. You will be given a tracking ID number to track and manage your order. We are not responsible for any delays in deliveries caused by courier companies. Any communications and correspondence should be made between you and courier companies.
Our Estimated Time of Delivery (ETA) are provided by our courier companies and act as guidelines only and not a guarantee of delivery times.
Courier companies are not able to make delivery at a specific time of the day therefore this request is not in our control.
